Ingredients:
Mince Mixture:
• 3 onions, sliced into rings
• 50 ml oil
• 8 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 red peppers, seeded and diced
• 2 green peppers, seeded and diced
• 1.5 kg lean mince
• 2 cans (410 g each) tomatoes, chopped
• 125 ml (½ cup) Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce
• Salt and pepper
• 2 cans (410 g each baked beans)
Guacamole:
• 2 ripe avocados, mashed
• 60 ml (¼ cup) mayonnaise
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To Serve:
• Flour tortillas
• Grated cheese
• Nestlé Dessert Cream, soured with a little lemon juice
• Extra Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce (optional)
Method:
Mince Mixture:
- Sauté the onions in the oil until soft. Add the garlic and peppers and sauté until soft.
- Add the mince and cook until done. Add the tomatoes and chilli garlic sauce. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add the baked beans just before serving.
Guacamole:
- Mix the ingredients.
To Serve:
- Spoon mince mixture on a tortilla. Spoon a generous scoop of guacamole on top and sprinkle over a little grated cheese.
- Finish with extra chilli garlic sauce to taste and a dollop of soured cream then roll up the tortilla.
